  • ·Basic analytics about site usage (pages viewed, device type, approximate region), aggregated and not tied to your identity.

How we use it

We use the information above only for the following purposes. We do not sell your information.

  • ·Respond to your inquiries and provide customer support.
  • ·Send the newsletter you subscribed to, with a one-click unsubscribe at any time.
  • ·Verify authenticity and honor warranty claims tied to your DOHE Connect piece.
  • ·Understand site usage and improve our products, site, and services.

DOHE Connect authentication chip

Every Dos Hermanos piece includes a DOHE Connect chip embedded in the leather. The chip stores a single, unique URL linked to that specific piece, nothing else. Scanning it lets you identify the artisan who made it and when and where it was crafted, and lets you activate the piece's warranty. The chip does not store any personal or sensitive information about you. It never holds names, contact details, payment information, or location history, only the URL. Any information associated with that URL (such as your name, once you register the piece, or warranty status) lives on our servers, encrypted, and is not stored on the chip itself.

Sharing

We share data only with service providers required to operate (payments, shipping, email delivery, hosting). Each is bound by confidentiality. We disclose information when required by law.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data at any time. Newsletter unsubscribe is one click. Write to concierge@doshermanos.mx and we will respond within 30 days.

Cookies

We use a minimal set of cookies for site functionality and language preference. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.
